Objective: Get retailer floor space beyond traditional launch expectations
When it comes to retailer sell-in, sometimes it's easier to get incremental display by not leading with the brand you represent. This was specifically true with Gain. The brand has it's share of fans. But when it comes to laundry, no one can compete with Tide. Within the new launch of Gain Flings ( the new big scent laundry pod) we knew we had to get more floor space, and to do that I led my team to create a scale platform that brought both brands together in one unified idea. Whether you wanted bright colors, or big scent, this expandable initiative brought two shoppers to the same display. Giving both brands, but more specifically Gain, a bigger share of the category at shelf.
